I may do later down the line. Voices are the last thing to be done with this, really, and there's a lot to do beforehand...
why pick the name decima? it roughly translates to "the tenths" (with decima meaning "tenth" and "a" bieng the third conjagation plural nomitive adding the modifier "the" and turning it into a plural) which is kinda a wierd name, unless the goal is to liberate 10 sectors, defeat 10 booses, or some such like that.
I know what it means. We have our reasons.
